Simple application for basic drawings
Photoshop has earnt itself a reputation in the world of image editing. Even if it just appears in the name of a simple sketch app, it manages to call everyone's attention. And that's precisely what Adobe Photoshop Sketch offers us, Adobe's product to carry out sketches and drafts on our mobile device. Despite its name, don't expect to find a classic Photoshop full of options that you don't even know how to use. No, this tool is simple and intuitive, unlike the majority of alternatives on the market.
You can send your artistic work as mult-layer files for Adobe Photoshop CC or Adobe Illustrator CC.
The basic tools of Adobe Photoshop Sketch are:
- Brushes.
- Undo button.
- Shapes (lines and basic shapes, French curves and polygons).
- Layers.
- Actions to save, publish or send to Photoshop CC or Illustrator CC.
That's how simple it is, without filters or effects, which doesn't mean that you can become an expert illustrator. You can use the base layer as a canvas or add layers to draw one on top of the other. The brushes available areplaced in a very visual manner in the menu on the left-hand-side. By tapping each one of them you can edit their size, flow, and color. The color will appear on the brush's handle so there aren't any mistakes. If you were to need a tutorial, the app doesn't offer any but you can find quite a few on the Internet.

Alternatives to Photoshop Sketch
As mentioned above, it's a very simple tool, much easier to use than the majority of similar applications. If you need something more complete yet intuitive without being too complicated, you can resort to Sony's Sketch Draw & Paint or Autodesk SketchBook, depending on how you're going to use them they might turn out to be a bit more difficult.
