You have never played a game like Bio Inc. This simulator offers thousands of ways to play and over 100 realistic biomedical conditions. The game-play is very simple, we have to make our patients get worse and die before the doctors find a cure for his (or our) disease.

In order to make our victim get sick, we must collect "bio points" that will appear in his nervous, respiratory, digestive, renal or circulatory system, along with his muscles and bones. Once we have enough points, we will be able to turn them into symptoms, phobias or diverse problems, which are divided into:
- Diseases
- Risk factors.
- Recovery
This way, we will be able to make patients feel doctors-phobia or suffer obesity, insomnia problems, arrhythmias, cancer, and many other diseases. These characteristics are distributed in a tree scheme, so when we unlock a new symptom, we will be granted access to worse diseases.
