The sequel to Block Ops arrives packed with action and shooting
TheMinecraft fever that swept the world has led to its esthetic being copied in hundreds of titles that have landed ever since. Following this style and that of the videogame Call of Duty: Black Ops, the developers at Ammonite Design Studios Ltd once again offer us a square-shaped adventure in afirst-person shooter format.
Now with improved visuals and a totally destructible world.
A world made of blocks for shooting it out
Block Ops II offers us an action game designed with some very fat pixels in which we will have to shoot all the enemies that cross our path. To do this we will have to move our character with our left thumb, while with the right we will be able to adjust the camera and press the different action buttons, like shooting and the telescopic sight.
But in a game of this kind you just couldn't not have a function for building. Construct your own shelter for defending yourself against your enemies and use your resources to sabotage their defences. In this game you choose how to play.
You will also be able to explore an expansive world with different settings, like mountains, deserts and cities with different types of buildings. And, of course, you will be able to get hold of a wide range of weapons.
