Anna is new to her high school and she writes down everything that happens in her life in her personal diary. It is a rather unusual diary because what is written depends on the decisions that the player makes along the way. This means that it is yet to be written. This is the premise behind Dear Diary, a lightweight game for teens.

Every page of the diary describes a scenario and a decision has to be taken - from how Anna will dress to how someone else reacts to what she wears. The story will unfold in line with the path taken, which will have an influence on her personal relationships and the social life that she wants to have.

It is a conversational adventure with multiple paths and endings, where we will see the story unfold through doodle art and handwritten pages that are very attractively presented in comparison to other similar games. These are its main features:
