Earthquake Alert! is an app for Android devices that records all the information aboutearthquakes around the world. The data is extracted directly from the United States Geological Survey (USGS) and updated in real time. It has four main sections:
- Latest earthquakes.
- World map of earthquakes.
- Related news.
- Statistics.
In addition, we can configure filters to show earthquakes by zones, magnitude or time periods. On the other hand, withineach earthquake record we will find information such as date and time, location, region, depth, intensity and importance. In addition, each record is linked to related news, if any article has been written.
See earthquakes of magnitude 1.0 or greater in the United States and magnitude 4.5+ from around the world.
Also, if we want to be informed about earthquakes around the world and receive alerts when one occurs anywhere, we canset up push notifications. The app is completely free, and to use it you just need to download the APK file.
