This Human Resources solution allows us to keep track of different work-related matters from our phone. Its intuitive interface is divided into different sections that we can customize according to the functions we use most. For example: timesheets, expenses, spaces, and more.
Key functions on the Factorial app
- Daily timesheets, with clock-in and clock-out times. We can also add details in the remarks section.
- Absence requests for holidays, medical reasons, or personal leave. If we are administrators, we can approve or reject them.
- A record of all kinds of expenses, with detailed information such as category, date, supplier, amount, receipt, and other relevant information.
- Review or manage pending tasks so that each employee meets their deadline.
- Upload and sign important documents on Factorial.
- Calendar for organizing employee rosters.
- A social space for viewing notices, events, anniversaries, and other company news.
We can have our employee profile up-to-date with our role, general information, address, and bank account number for payroll deposits.
