Favela Combat Online is amultiplayer action and adventure game with simple 3D graphics and gameplay that is a lot like that found in the Grand Theft Auto saga. The difference in this game is that it is set in Brazil and invites us to explore the streets of Rio de Janeiro.

But what can we do in thevirtual setting Well, practically everything. Explore, fight, shoot, drive vehicles, see the sights, buy properties… The world is ours to do whatever we like.

All this makes for aninteresting experience, but it is ultimately too empty. The general ambiance is pretty soulless and, apart from the city itself, there are hardly any innovative features to be found. In addition, the joystick for controlling the camera is a bit off and difficult to use.
