Users of Linksys routers have their own official application for carrying out all kinds of checks on functioning as well as all they need in order to correctly set up their home or work network.

Users will be able to check the status of connected devices and to configure different settings from the app's dashboard, such as guest access or the blocking of those devices that we don't want to have access to the Internet (handy for pausing the connectivity of our kid's devices, for example).

In order to be able to use this app, we first need to have a Linksys router and then scan the local network to detect connected devices. Once that has been successfully completed, we will have app functions such as the following:

• Remote access to devices.
• Dashboard for configuring different settings and checking notifications.
• Network guest access control.
• Device prioritization.
• Parental control for the pausing of traffic to specific devices.

The app is easy to use which means that it is apt for all users, including those without any advanced knowledge of network management.
