Metal Slug fans who spent hours and hours playing on arcade machines are about to be pleasantly surprised. And it is what the developers of the Onesoft studio have been shamelessly inspired by the mythical series of classic video games to create this dynamic shooter.
Unbridled action and lots of shooting
Metal Wings is an exciting 2D action, shooter and platformer game set in a world overrun by aliens. Mixing elements of run and gun with classic shoot 'em up, the developers have managed to capture the essence of the Metal Slug saga in a new adventure.
Our mission is to help a space queen defeat the invading forces that are ravaging her planet. Several warriors come to her call and, of course, we will control one of them.
To do this we have movement arrows and several action buttons, with which we can jump, shoot, throw grenades, activate the special ability or heal. One of the most interesting and innovative aspects is the shooting, because we can just press the button and let the character aim automatically or aim with the same button as if it were a joystick.
Use weapons to shoot down alien creatures that are invading the world.
This title has dozens of levels and three difficulty levels. In addition, as we progress we can unlock and evolve our weapons and get up tothree different warriors, each with their own characteristics (and lightly clad girls, that can not miss).
Although it is directly inspired by a classic game, this title offers us a refreshing and very fun experience at a frenetic pace that does not leave us a moment to breathe. On the other hand, its technical workmanship is impeccable and downloading the APK file is completely free.
