Rather than a tunnel, it's a vortex, as you've probably gathered from the name of the game, that rotates as a spiral and in which we'll have to find our path through the different obstacles that spin around due to the above-mentioned rotation movement.
So we'll have to be very quick modifying the direction of the ball each time we need to, otherwise, we'll end up crashing... and as you can imagine, the further we get, the higher our score will be.
