Utility to manage the components of SQL Server 2017

SQL Server Management Studio is a tool, provided by Microsoft, to make it easier to manage and handle SQL Server 2017. For this purpose, it offers a graphical environment, that is easy to use, in which it's simple to create or modify its databases.

Among the utilities that SQL Server Management Studio integrates, the object explorer that manages server type objects and the code editor to create scripts (Transact-SQL, MDX, DMX, XML/A are XML) are worthy of being taken into account.

With the free version, called Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio Express (SSMSE) we can manage the “Express Edition" and "Express Edition with Advanced Services" versions of SQL Server 2017. But we won't be able to manage SQL Server Analysis Services, Integration Services, Notification Services, Reporting Services, SQL Server Agent or SQL Server 2017 Mobile Edition.
