Answer different types of questions against other players
We had been waiting for news from Etermax for some time now. This videogame studio that produced super successful games such as Apalabrados, Preguntados, or Mezcladitos never stops to surprise us with great word games. We wish it wouldn't take its sweet time, though!
The wait, nevertheless, was worth it. Today, we can finally introduce Words & Ladders, another online game where players compete against other players in answering all types of general culture questions. The game is set in a world of fairs, as are the types of puzzles and mini-games available.
Words & Ladders' types of mini-games
After searching for a random opponent, a wheel will spin in the game to discover what three types of questions you will have to answer in the six sets each game has, among the following mini-game options:
- Pop Corn: discover the hidden word in the cornfield.
- Soothsayer: choose the right word between the cards.
- Teacups: link the letters between the dancing teacups.
- Can Toss: aim for the cans that hold the correct letters.
- Whac-a-mole: push the missing word before the mole hides away.
