Your own Android on Chrome

Your own Android on Chrome

There are loads of Android emulators available for Windows computers, however, they are tedious and involve downloads, installations, and learning how to use them. They're not all easy and it can take you some time to get used to their interface.

Chrome, proving its power

ARC Welder is an Android emulator that works as an extension for Chrome that prevents you from having to do everything that you may consider tedious, including becoming familiar with the interface, as it's extremely intuitive. Technology is always advancing, the possibilities offered by Chrome extensions allow us not to download heavy programs, avoid installation errors and run the APK of our choice straight from our Google Chrome browser. Unfortunately, it doesn't work on Firefox.

It allows you to run apps straight from the browser.

How to use it

Once you've installed the extension, you have to choose a folder to store the temporary files generated by each application, such as Instagram or WhatsApp. To be able to run an app, you'll previously have to download the APK to your computer. You can find loads of APKs on our website. Before opening the application, you'll be able to adjust certain parameters of the phone that you want to emulate.

Alternatives

Although ARC Welder isn't the most complete emulator for Android, it's the most simple one that can get you out of a tight spot now and again. You can also download other emulators from this page, although they may be somewhat more complex and require a longer learning process.
